Mission: To assist in the region’s economic development strategy by providing credit, capital, and technical support to create and retain jobs for underserved populations.
We support small businesses and entrepreneurs that are less likely to have access to traditional lenders.
We are proud to be the only Erie County based certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI).
Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs) are private financial institutions, backed by the U.S. Department of the Treasury, that are dedicated to responsible, affordable lending to help low-income, low-wealth and other disadvantaged, underserved people and communities.
Loans up to $500,000 for qualifying individuals who have established businesses and need capital to grow.
Loans up to $250,000 for businesses located in targeted rural areas.
Targeted to minorities and women entrepreneurs and small business owners, this program provides competitive financing. Loans from $10,000 to $50,000.
