Jennifer Hoffman is the Business Development Officer at the City of Erie and Capital Access Manager for the Kiva Erie Hub. In her dual role she is often the first point of contact for entrepreneurs and small business owners looking for capital to start or expand their ventures. She is the administrator of the City of Erie Business Grant funds, including the Economic Development programs of American Rescue Plan Funding, and coordinator of the Kiva online crowdfunded loan program that gives minority- and women-owned businesses access to capital when traditional funding is difficult to secure. She holds a B.A. in Sociology and Art History from John Carroll University.
