Jim Sparber currently serves as the Director of Finance for the County of Erie. Jim brings more than 26 years of banking and financial services industry experience to the board. Prior to joining the County of Erie in 2007, he worked for HSBC, Key Corp and JP Morgan Chase. He received his BS and MBA from Clarion University of Pennsylvania.
