Terry S Holmes, JD, MBA is an Assistant Professor of Accounting at Gannon University. He primarily teaches Accounting/Taxation/& Legal Environment of Business courses. Terry has spent many years as a practicing attorney and accountant. He is licensed to practice in Michigan and Ohio and before the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. Terry is active in the Erie Community. In addition to serving as Chair of the Enterprise Development Fund, Terry serves as a Gannon Co-Site Coordinator for VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance, a Strategic Planning Board Member of L'Arche Erie and he is Treasurer of St. Patrick's Haven of Erie. Terry's past experiences includes I.R.S.- Criminal Investigation Division Special Agent and Secret Service Dignitary Protection details as well as six years in the Ohio Army National Guard Military Police.
