David A. Brennan, AIA
Vice Chair

David Brennan is a professional architect and innovative community leader whose career spans healthcare, higher education, libraries, adaptive reuse, historic preservation, and urban design. Beyond his professional practice, he has been deeply engaged in civic life in the Erie region. Brennan is a former member and past president of Erie City Council and has served on numerous boards, commissions, and committees. He currently contributes his expertise as a member of the Historic Review Commission and Preservation Erie.
Brennan earned both a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Kent State University. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects, a registered architect in Pennsylvania, and holds certification with the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.
